WARRANTY & RETURNS
We are an honest, dependable, and trustworthy company and we expect the same from our customers.
No manufacturer's warranty will cover normal wear, abuse, neglect, product modification, bad fuel, lack of or using improper lubricants, or using the tool or equipment for a purpose or in a manner it was not designed for.
All Tru-Cut products and the Briggs & Stratton and Honda engines that power them are covered by applicable manufacturer's warranties and are honored at any authorized dealer in your local area.
Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary.We accept returns of NEW & UNSERVICED merchandise within 30 days of customer's receipt of the product.
The customer may choose to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made.Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of the following:
Merchandise which has been USED.
Merchandise which has been SERVICED.
Merchandise which has been FUELED.
All returns will be processed 1-2 weeks after receipt, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to show credit.
Notation & Packaging:
Merchandise must include all accessories packed in the original factory carton in a 100% new & saleable condition.Merchandise not in original packaging will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Incomplete returns will receive a credit reflecting any missing parts/accessories.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse located in Pompano Beach, Florida.All shipments must be labeled with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Returns not clearly labeling this number on the outside of the package will be refused.
